 Well, Aidan is now 7 weeks old! At his 6 week sDoctor check-up he weighed 12 lbs. 3 1/2 oz. He is certainly getting up there! He was 22” long. His hair also seems to be changing. It is getting lighter, so we think the new hair coming in is either light brown or blonde. Why is it that some babies are born with dark brown hair and then turn blonde??
 There’s not a whole lot of exciting stuff to report about Aidan. Pretty much he eats, sleeps, poops, cries, and just lays there and stares around. Not too exciting! He has already managed to roll from his tummy to his back and is trying to control that wobbly head of his. He has a ways to go on that endeavor though. He lets us lay him down quite a bit during the day, giving me much more of a rest than Alex did at the same age. At night he has been glued to me, though sometimes he will sleep in the bassinet. I appreciate every little bit! Alex has been trying to pick him up lately, which is pretty funny. Definitely have to keep an eye on those two when they are together! I have gotten one or two little smiles out of him, but not much yet. He’s taking a bottle really well, unlike his big brother! I may actually be able to leave this child with someone for a while!
